The following Terms of Use will help you better understand our guidelines related to your use of ioma-art.com. By accessing this website, and using any of our educational products and services, and learning tools, you agree to all of the following Terms and any future updates we may make.
Accounts
All users of our online products and services are required to have an account on our website.
Accessing our Site
All users of our services and products are required to create an account on ioma-art.com
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
If you choose, or you are provided with a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
When using our site, you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
Billing & Invoices
The audition cycle runs from 01 December to 30 November the following year, inclusive. Auditions will be submitted by the Users every two months (“Audition Payment Cycle”) with the submission deadline being 01 of the third month of the cycle, with bimonthly (every two months) intervals thereafter.
For IOMA Pro subscription users, two payments of £12.59 are required for each video submission assessment. When a user joins in the second month of the Audition Payment Cycle, they will be a member one payment in arrears. Should they wish to cancel their subscription, one recurring pcard payment of £12.59 will still be required after their last fully paid Audition Payment Cycle on the next payment date, or via bank transfer before then.
For users who purchased IOMA Pro as a single submission for £35.99, they can choose whether to submit within 6 weeks of the purchase date.

Please note that to cancel a subscription you need to contact us directly.
The submission deadlines can be seen in the Member area or on the IOMA Pro page. We might charge a fee for processing a late submission, or refuse to accept the submitted materials.
Transactions Concluded on our Website
Where stated if you subscribe to a subscription service you agree to pay us on your recurring billing date. Wherever possible, details of your recurring billing cycle will be stated on the page which details the service that you wish to subscribe to and your billing dates can be seen in your online portal. Payment will be processed automatically and charged to the card / paypal account that was authorised by you. Permission to charge you will not be requested as all of our subscription based services stay active on a rolling basis until cancelled. For any service purchased through our website the initial cooling off period of 2 weeks (14 calendar days) applies. After this the normal cancellation policy applies - please see our Cancellation Policy on this page.
Username & Password
You agree to be the sole user of the username and password you created when creating an account on www.ioma-art.com, and to reasonably protect that username and password, and notify IOMA if you believe it's been breached or otherwise compromised
Cancellation policy
Please note that all monies paid for our products and services are generally non refundable. In exceptional and unexpected circumstances we are happy to consider issuing a full or partial refund. Please contact us by email at contact@ioma-art.com, or by filling out the contact form.
In the event of a change of the original terms of a service (for example, a replacement feedback provider), we will offer you a refund for the service. The amount will be proportionate to the service provided.
Online Events
The company is not responsible for any internet connection disruptions the Users might experience. Please ensure your connection is stable. Please note that if an online event is not provided by a third party video conferencing service provider (For instance, Zoom) we require you to join from Safari browser for iPhone users.
Webinars and online meetings may be recorded and subsequently used for monitoring, learning, marketing and commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
We at IOMA take pride in our service and work very hard to author and produce the content that comprises the educational products and services available on our platform. All of our educational products and services, and learning tools, are protected by U.K and International copyrights, unless stated otherwise. You agree that you will not share, publish, copy, distribute, re-sell, or otherwise exploit our logos, branding, educational products and services, learning tools, or any other form of our intellectual property, for any personal, promotional and/or commercial use, without our express written permission. We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals or companies that infringe our intellectual property.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may recommend our services to your friends, colleagues and company employees, however you must not share any content with other individuals or companies purchased by your sole use, or that of your company, unless you have gained such permission from us.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status and that of any identified contributors as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged.
If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
Agreement Updates
We reserve the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. International Online Music Academy Ltd. reserves the right to update, revise, or otherwise alter the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, at any time, with notice provided in your IOMA account. Your continued use of ioma-art.com and its products and services following posting of a change notice or new agreement will constitute your binding acceptance of the changes.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless International Online Music Academy Ltd and the website, ioma-art.com, its educators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and representatives from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of the IOMA website or its products, services, and learning tools, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
Termination
International Online Music Academy Ltd reserves the right to terminate your account, subscription, and/or access at any time for breach of the terms and conditions and/or policy of conduct.

Information About You and Your Visits to our Website
We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Any profile information you provide in the Members area will be classified as Public and Private.
Public information can be seen by all other website users.

Your Posts

For example, in order to prevent a member from circumventing our online reservation system, we authorise ourselves to browse and analyse the messages exchanged on our Platforms in order to ensure that they do not contain any contact details or references to other websites.
We never learn about your communications with other members of our community for promotional or targeted advertising purposes. When possible, we use automated systems to moderate messages sent between members via our Platforms, without any individual decision being taken.
As part of the use of our services, some of your information is transmitted to other members of our community, through your public profile or as part of the reservation process (for example, we might communicate your public profile details to our feedback providers).
We also work closely with third-party companies that may have access to your Personal Data, and in particular with: social media platforms that can offer you features allowing you to integrate information from your account on their own platform into your profile;
the subcontractors we use for technical services, payment services, identity verification or analytical solution providers.

1. When we use a service provider in connection with the performance of any contract between you and us or in order to provide or improve our services (for example, in the context of payments made via our Platforms);
2. As part of the reservation process, we are required, in order to provide the requested services, to display on our Platforms or to transmit to another member some of your Personal Data such as your first name, photograph, mobile phone number or email address.
3. We publish the reviews you write as part of our review system on our Platforms. These notices, which contain your first name and your photograph, are visible to all visitors to our Platforms;
4. When we use search engine and analytics providers to improve and optimise our Platforms;
5. When you expressly request it (for example, when you use the authentication methods provided by social networks), subscribe to a service provided by one of our partners, ask to benefit from an offer or a good plan from one of our partners);
6. When we have a legal obligation to do so or if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to (i) respond to any claim against International Online Music Academy Ltd, (ii) comply with any legal request, (iii) make to carry out any contract concluded with our members, such as the Terms of Use (iv) in the event of an emergency involving public health or the physical integrity of a person, (v) within the framework of investigations and investigations, or (vi) in order to guarantee the rights, property and safety of International Online Music Academy Ltd, its members and more generally any third party;

If technically possible, you can delete your account directly from your dashboard in the profile section or write to us at contact@ioma-art.com so that a member of our team can assist you. We do not store any data from deleted accounts in our back office.
Provision of Services, Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
